Camiguin Island, the “Island Born of Fire” is a small province of the Philippines located only 10 km north of Mindanao and is well known as a natural paradise. It is a pear-shaped volcanic island approximately 90 kilometers north of the City of Cagayan de Oro. It is bounded to the north by Bohol Sea, to the west by Macajalar Bay, to the southeast by Gingoog Bay and to the east by Butuan Bay.
One of the best tourist destination in the island, is located directly at the beach, on the northwest coast of Camiguin Island, a small province of the Philippines in the Bohol Sea. The resort complex has been operational since January 2013 and consists of 11 buildings set over 3,000 square meters. The resort can accommodate a maximum of 32 guests, offering a range of room options and a variety of facilities: a cozy in-house restaurant, a fully equipped dive
center (incl. boat), its own private beach area with a healthy and alive reef direct in front the resort, as well as a spa providing massage services. The property was developed and designed by the current owners, who manages the business with the assistance of 22 staff members.
This retreat and dive resort is located on the northwest coastline of Camiguin on a 3,000 square meter lot (clean title), directly at the beach front with connection to the national
highway, including a fore-shore-lease of 1,800 sqm. The 11 buildings are skillfully nestled in a picturesque palm grove, together with typical local fruit trees, such as Lanzones, Kalamansi and a 100year old mango tree. Countless fragrant flowers complete the picture of harmony. The core business of the resort is accommodation. Secondary revenue streams are the restaurant, diving & eco tours and the spa. It has 15 rooms split in 5 categories, ideally structured to meet a wide cross section of visitors coming to Camiguin. This diversity ensures excellent occupancy rates across a broad demographic.
The dive center is equipped for 15 divers, with high standard and well maintained full rental equipment inclusive dive computer, plus:
• One Bauer PE280 compressor
• 30 Luxfer alu tanks
• One hardwood boat with 40hp Yamaha out-border, especially designed for diving
